On September 3, 2021, the FCC released a Public Notice setting deadlines for the filing of Form 477 data as of June 30, 2021. The original September 1, 2021 deadline was suspended on August 30, 2021 due to Hurricane Ida. For providers in Louisiana and Mississippi that meet the definition of “affected filer” set forth in the Notice, Form 477 data must be submitted on or before October 1, 2021. For all other providers, Form 477 data must be submitted on or before September 15, 2021.
