FCC Announces Qualified Bidders for 3.45 GHz Band Auction

On Friday, September 17, 2021, the Office of Economics and Analytics and the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau released a Public Notice that identified thirty-three applicants that are qualified to bid (and nine applicants not qualified to bid) in Auction 110, which will offer new flexible use licenses in the 3.45-3.55 GHz band throughout the contiguous United States.  Qualified applicants have been automatically registered for the auction and the FCC will be sending registration materials to these applicants by overnight delivery.   Qualified applicants should receive their materials by 12:00 noon Eastern Time on Tuesday, September 28, 2021.  Any qualified applicant that does not have their materials at that time should contact the FCC immediately as these materials are required for participation in both the mock auction, which becomes available on September 29, 2021, and the auction itself.  The auction will begin on October 5, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., and continue every business day during established hours until further notice. Public information regarding the auction will be available at auctiondata.fcc.gov.
