On November 23, 2021, the Office of Economics and Analytics and the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau released a Public Notice announcing that the Clock Phase in Auction 110 had closed and that the Assignment Phase will begin Thursday, December 9, 2021. A mock auction to prepare for the Assignment Phase will be held on Monday December 6, 2021 beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
Bidders eligible to participate in the Assignment Phase will be able to log into the assignment phase bidding system between 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, December 2, 2021 and 12 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, December 3, 2021, to download their assignment phase bidding options, view the sequence and timing for the assignment rounds, and identify the assignment rounds in which they will be eligible to participate. The link to access the system will be sent by overnight delivery to each bidder. In addition, the FCC has created an Auction 110 Assignment Phase Bidding System User Guide and tutorials on how to participate in the Assignment Phase, which are available in the Education section of the Auction 110 website at www.fcc.gov/auction/110.
