This is a reminder of the upcoming deadline for filing the FCC Form 499-Q and supporting documentation. Generally, non de minimis telecommunications carriers that provide interstate telecommunications services are required to file an FCC Form 499-Q Telecommunications Reporting Worksheet with the FCC on or before Tuesday, February 1, 2022. Carriers must provide revenue information for October 1 through December 31, 2021, and projections for April 1 through June 30, 2022.
