On Friday, January 21, 2022, Mediacom and the City of West Des Moines submitted a Joint Motion to Withdraw Mediacom’s Expedited Petition for Declaratory Ruling, in the matter regarding Section 253(d) of the Communications Act. The parties reached and executed a settlement covering the claims raised in the petition, and entered into a Conduit License Agreement to allow Mediacom access to the Conduit Network.
