FCC Publishes ACP Transparency Rules NPRM in Fed. Reg.

June 24, 2022

On June 23, 2022, the FCC published in the Federal Register the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (“NPRM”) seeking comment on the broadband transparency rules governing the annual collection of information about the price and subscription rates of internet service offerings received by households enrolled in the Affordable Connectivity Program (“ACP”), thereby setting the comment and reply comment dates.

Comments are due on or before July 25, 2022.

Reply comments are due on or before August 8, 2022.
