On March 8, 2023, the FCC published in the Federal Register the Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking seeking comment on additional revisions to the rules and procedures associated with prohibiting the authorization of “covered” equipment in our equipment authorization program and on related revisions to the Commission’s competitive bidding program.
Comments are due on or before April 7, 2023.
Reply comments are due on or before May 8, 2023.
