On December 13, 2023, the FCC released a Public Notice regarding the below One-Time Information Collection filing window for international section 214 authorization holders to provide foreign ownership information. The PN announces that the filing window is currently open and confirms that authorization holders are required to file their responses in the One-Time Information Collection Online Filing System no later than 11:59 PM Eastern Time on January 22, 2024. Instructions for filing the One-Time Information Collection are contained in Attachment A.
In order to submit the One-Time Information Collection, authorization holders must have an FRN that is associated with the authorization file number. The One-Time Information Collection must be submitted through the One-Time Information Collection Online Filing System located at https://fccgov.gov1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_8pRWfOK9suOxy86. Please note, the Online Filing System will not let you go back to correct or modify previously answered questions and will not let you see a full PDF with copies of your answers prior to submission. Accordingly, authorization holders are encouraged to review their answers carefully prior to moving on to the next question. If an authorization holder discovers an error and needs to amend or modify its answers, it will be required to contact the FCC pursuant to the instructions in the PN to request a new link to amend the submission.
