Q4 Issues Program List Due Jan. 10

This is a reminder that your 2023 (last year) fourth quarter issues/program lists, covering programming from October 1-December 31, 2023, must be uploaded to your online public inspection file on or before January 10, 2023_.  As a reminder, your issues/programs list must reflect programs that have provided the station’s most significant treatment of community issues during the preceding quarter.  The list should include the issues identified as important to the community of license and surrounding area, a brief narrative explaining why those issues were chosen, a narrative of the programming that addressed the issue, the program’s title, duration, and the time and date of the airing.

As a reminder, each licensee is required to certify at the time of renewal that it has timely uploaded compliant issues/program lists to its public inspection file.  Failure to comply with this requirement can result in a delay of your renewal application being granted, a Consent Decree imposed compliance program with periodic required FCC reports, and, in severe circumstances, with the renewal application being denied and your license being revoked.
