On June 18, 2020, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (“Bureau”) released a Public Notice seeking comment on PSSI Global Services, L.L.C. (“PSSI”)’s request for stay of the C-band Report and Order (“Report and Order”) (GN Docket No. 18-122). PSSI challenged the Report and Order in the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and seeks a stay from the Commission pending judicial review and the Bureau now seeks comment on the issues raised by PSSI’s request for stay.
