On March 29, 2021, the FCC published in the Federal Register the Notice of Inquiry (“NOI”) in the Promoting Deployment of 5G Open Radio Access Networks (“Open RAN”) Matter, thus setting the comment and reply comment dates.
Comments are due on or before April 28, 2021.
Reply comments are due on or before May 28, 2021.
