On July 14, 2020, the Commission published in the Federal Register the Petitions for Reconsideration (“Petitions”) filed in response to the Order introducing unlicensed operations in the 6 GHz band, thereby establishing the relevant deadlines (ET Docket No. 18-295, GN Docket No. 17-183).
- Opposition to the Petitions must be filed by July 29, 2020.
- Replies to oppositions must be filed by August 10, 2020.
