RURAL HEALTH CARE PROGRAM
- On 3/23, the FCC published in the Federal Register the Order on Reconsideration, Second Report and Order, and Second Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on the Rural Health Care (“RHC”) program. The Report and Order is effective April 24, 2023, except for certain provisions stated in the notice. Comments on the FNPRM are due on April 24, 2023 and replies are due on May 22, 2023. HEARING AID COMPATIBILITY
- On 3/23, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau released a Public Notice seeking comment on the Hearing Aid Compatibility Task Force’s Final Report and Recommendation to achieve 100% hearing aid compatibility.
